Welcome to the challenge.
Half the battle of any challenge is planning ahead. You will succeed if you take a few minutes to map out your week. Where are the obstacles? How can they be worked around or avoided? Today is all about the food. Look over the menu guides, plan out your shopping and throw away any junk that could derail you.
You will see results if you follow the simple fitness plan. Adjust the reps and the weight as necessary. Take it one minute at a time. Challenge yourself but don’t go past your body’s boundaries, especially if you have injuries. Always talk to your doctor if you have any questions about exercise.
