Gluten Free Pantry Basics
Stocking your pantry is one of the most important factors to successful kitchen organizing. A gluten free lifestyle takes some organization. I have a tried and true list of ingredients that come to my rescue over and over again. With the pantry basics I can create almost any dish my family requests. I promise these items will make your kitchen less stressful! You’ll need them to be well stocked for The Fresh 20 gluten free menu plans!
Quality matters. Whenever possible aim for the best ingredients you can afford especially when it comes to olive oil and balsamic vinegar. It really makes a difference in the overall taste of your food. Organic is always suggested. And of course, local is wonderful!

GLUTEN FREE LABEL READING:Look for ingredients that do not contain: wheat, rye, barley, malt or oats.When in doubt, contact the manufacturer or Google the item with gluten free attached(e.g. Betty Crocker frosting gluten free) for reviews.Often time gluten is hidden in a dye (Dannon yogurt) or in spices, so always double checkif it’s not clearly marked “GLUTEN FREE”.
