GLUTEN FREE LABEL READING:
Look for ingredients that do not contain: wheat, rye, barley, malt or oats.
When in doubt, contact the manufacturer or Google the item with gluten free attached

Often time gluten is hidden in a dye (Dannon yogurt) or in spices, so always double check
if it’s not clearly marked “GLUTEN FREE”.
