Cardio 5 Minutes
This 5 minute workout hits all muscles and gets your heart pumping.
Get it done in 5 minutes…
Got two minutes?
- 30 seconds jumping jacks
- 30 seconds push ups
- 30 seconds sit ups
- 30 seconds plank position
- 15 seconds rest then if desired, repeat
When all else fails, just walk for 5 minutes. That’s two flights of stairs or two city blocks.
