Description
Warm, cinnamon vanilla baked oatmeal with blueberries and bananas.

- 1 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- dash of kosher salt
- 2/3 cup blueberries (4 ounces)
- 2 bananas, sliced (2 cups sliced)
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 3 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Grease 8×8 baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, blueberries and bananas. Put in baking dish.
- In the bowl, whisk the milk, syrup, egg and vanilla. Pour on top of oats.
- Cover and bake for about 25-30 minutes. Serve with additional maple syrup if desired.
