The Fresh 20 pricing and plans

Updated July 2026

How much does The Fresh 20 cost?

The Fresh 20 costs $19 a month, $35 a quarter, or $87 a year for a single Core meal plan, and you can cook a full week free before you pay anything. The Mediterranean plan is $87 a year.

If you want more than one plan, the All Access Pass is $135 a year for all six Core plans, and the All Access Pass Plus is $159 a year for all six Core plans plus Mediterranean. Lifetime Access is a one-time $399 for all seven plans, with no renewals ever.

Kitchen Passport is a one-time purchase, $25 for a single country or $149 for the full twelve-country year, and it does not auto-renew.

Every subscription rate you start at is the rate you keep, because renewals never increase. Nothing here is hidden, and nothing changes on you at checkout.

How much do the weekly Core meal plans cost?

A single Core meal plan is $19 a month, $35 a quarter, or $87 a year, and every rate includes five dinner recipes, one shopping list, and a prep guide each week, all built around 20 fresh ingredients that cross-use so nothing goes to waste.

The six Core plans, Classic, Paleo, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Vegetarian, and For One, all cost the same. Monthly and quarterly give you the current week plus the two weeks before it.

The annual plan is the one that opens the full recipe archive, which is why most families who start monthly move to annual once the weekly rhythm sticks.

Compare the Classic, Paleo, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Vegetarian, and For One plans, or cook a free Classic week before you pick one.

How much is the Mediterranean meal plan?

The Mediterranean plan is $87 a year, and it is offered annually only. It moves through the coastal regions of Italy, Greece, Spain, and France across the seasons, five dinners a week, each one rooted in the way a specific place cooks and eats.

A monthly option would cut the year in half and break the seasonal rotation, so the plan stays annual by design. You can cook a free Mediterranean week before you subscribe.

What do the All Access passes cost?

The All Access Pass is $135 a year and the All Access Pass Plus is $159 a year.

The All Access Pass opens all six Core plans at once, so a household feeding one paleo eater, one vegetarian, and a couple of kids who want neither can move between plans any week without paying for each one separately.

The All Access Pass Plus adds the Mediterranean plan to those same six, for people who want every weekly plan we make short of Lifetime. Both are annual, and both renew at the rate you started.

How much is Lifetime Access?

Lifetime Access is a one-time $399, and it never renews. It includes all seven plans, the six Core plans and Mediterranean, plus the full recipe archive and every cooking guide and e-book we have, along with the ones we add later.

Paying for the All Access Pass and Mediterranean on their own runs $222 a year, so Lifetime pays for itself in under two years, and every year after that costs nothing. It does not include Kitchen Passport, which is sold separately.

How much is Kitchen Passport?

Kitchen Passport is $25 for a single country or $149 for the full twelve-country year, and it is a one-time purchase that does not auto-renew.

A single country gives you one complete dinner party, the recipes from cocktail through dessert, printable menu cards, a regional playlist, food and culture notes, decor ideas, a hosting timeline, and customizable invitations.

The full year unlocks one new country on the first of each month, and everything you unlock stays yours for good, even if you never buy again. Italy, France, and Mexico are always available on their own, and the rest release one country a month.

What else can I buy, and what does it cost?

Beyond the plans, a few products stand on their own. A gift certificate is $35 for three months or $87 for a year, and the person you give it to picks the plan.

The 16-Pack Cooking Guide is $56 for 320 recipes, the seasonal 4-Pack guides are $10 each, and the e-books run from $5 to $18 depending on the title. The Healthy Living Bundle is $389, and the Mind Body Reset Library is $144.

These are all one-time purchases with no renewal, and some go on sale during promotional windows through the year.

Will my price go up when I renew?

The rate you sign up at is the rate you keep, for as long as you stay subscribed. Renewals never increase, on any subscription, no matter how many years you stay.

We call it the price-lock guarantee, and it is the reason it pays to hold your rate rather than cancel and come back later, because a new subscription starts at whatever the current rate is. If a plan ever costs more down the road, the people already on it are not touched.

Can I try The Fresh 20 before I pay?

Yes, and it costs nothing. A free week gives you five dinner recipes, the shopping list, and the prep guide, the same thing a paying subscriber gets that week, delivered as a PDF you can cook from the day it arrives.

No credit card. Free weeks are ready for both the Classic plan and the Mediterranean plan, so you can feel the weeknight rhythm in your own kitchen before you decide on a plan.

Pricing, billing, and renewals

Will my price go up when I renew?

No. The price you pay when you sign up is your permanent renewal price, and it never increases. We call this the price-lock guarantee. Whatever rate you start at is the rate you keep, for as long as you stay subscribed.

How does billing work?

Subscriptions renew automatically at the same rate you started with, on the cycle you chose, whether monthly, quarterly, or annual. Before an annual renewal, you receive a reminder so the charge is never a surprise. One-time purchases like Kitchen Passport and Lifetime Access do not renew at all.

Will I get a reminder before a renewal charge?

Yes. You receive a renewal reminder before an annual subscription renews, so you have time to make a change if you want one.

What is your refund policy?

New subscribers can get a full refund within seven days of their first purchase. For a renewal charge, a refund minus a $5 fee may be issued within seven days of the renewal date. After seven days, refunds are not available. If a refund is issued, access ends immediately, because the refund voids the subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account under My Account, then Cancel. There is no cancellation fee, and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. Canceling simply stops future renewals.

Can I pause my subscription?

There is no pause feature. If you need a break, you can cancel and re-subscribe later, but keep in mind that re-subscribing starts a new subscription at whatever price is available then, which may differ from your locked-in rate. Many members choose to stay subscribed through slower seasons to keep their original price.

Which plan fits your table?

The best way to know which plan fits is to cook from one before you decide. A free week is ready for both the Classic plan and the Mediterranean plan, no credit card, no catch. So which table are you setting first, the everyday one or the Mediterranean one?
