Kitchen Passport

Updated July 2026

What is Kitchen Passport?

Kitchen Passport is a monthly dinner party plan from The Fresh 20. One country’s whole evening unlocks each month, and everything you need to host it arrives matched to that one place, so the night holds together instead of coming from four open browser tabs.

Each country brings five to seven recipes from the cocktail through dessert, printable menu cards, a curated regional playlist on Spotify and Apple Music, food and culture notes, decor inspiration, a hosting timeline, and customizable invitations.

You buy it once and it never auto-renews. A single country is $25, and the full 12-country program is $149 for the year, unlocking one new country on the first of each month. Every country you open stays in your account for good, even if you never buy another. Three countries, Italy, France, and Mexico, are always available on their own. The rest release one a month, then live inside the full program.

How does Kitchen Passport work?

You pick a country, buy it once, and host the evening whenever you are ready. A single country is $25. The full 12-country program is $149 for the year, and it unlocks one new country on the first of each month.

Buy the full program partway through the year and you get every country released so far, right away, with the rest arriving month by month. There is no recurring charge, no subscription to cancel, and no country ever disappears from your account once you have opened it. Everything lives in your account, ready to open again the next time you want that country’s table.

What is included with each country?

Each country is a full dinner party, assembled so you are not building the night from scratch. Here is what comes with every country you open.

  • Five to seven recipes, from the cocktail through dessert, built around ingredients from your regular grocery store
  • Printable menu cards for the table
  • A curated regional playlist on both Spotify and Apple Music
  • Food and culture notes on the dishes and the place they come from
  • Decor inspiration to set the room
  • A hosting timeline so the cooking is done before your first guest knocks
  • Customizable invitations you can send

The point of the timeline is simple. You are at the table with your people, not stuck at the stove while everyone else starts without you.

Who is Kitchen Passport for?

Kitchen Passport is for the person who is always the one to host, and who wishes that happened more than it does.

You want the table full and the night to feel like something, and you do not want to spend two weeks planning it or vanish into the kitchen the moment everyone arrives. The cooking, the music, and the country itself carry the room, so the pressure comes off the conversation and the night has somewhere to go.

This is built for the nights you gather people, not the weeknight what’s-for-dinner question. If you want a weekly dinner system for your own family, that lives in our weekly meal plans.

Which countries can you buy on their own?

Three countries are always available on their own for $25 each, Italy, France, and Mexico. Every other country is released one at a time, on the first of its month, and during that release month you can buy it on its own too.

After the month ends, that country stops being sold by itself and lives inside the full 12-country program. That gating is what makes the $149 program the only way to collect the whole set.

The three you can start with any time.

New countries join the collection on the first of every month, and each one is a new place to set the table.

Do you keep your countries forever?

Yes. Every country you open is yours permanently, even if you never buy another one. You buy Kitchen Passport once, and it does not auto-renew, so there is nothing to remember and nothing to cancel.

After a country’s release month ends it simply stops being sold on its own, and anything already in your account stays right there for good. One payment, yours to keep, nothing to cancel.

Can you give Kitchen Passport as a gift?

Yes. Kitchen Passport is an experience you can hold, which makes it an easy gift for the friend who says she has too many things already.

A single country is a small, specific gift, and the full year gives someone 12 dinner parties to look forward to. Gift options and current rates are shown at checkout.

New countries join the collection on the first of every month, so there is always somewhere new to set the table. Start with one country, or open the full year and let each month bring the next one. So which country would you cook first?

Common questions about Kitchen Passport

A few of the questions people ask most. You can find the full list on our FAQ.

What is Kitchen Passport?

Kitchen Passport is a one-time purchase that turns dinner into a guided trip around the world, one country at a time. Each country comes with a complete dinner-party experience, the recipes from cocktail through dessert, printable menu cards, a regional playlist, food and culture notes, decor inspiration, a hosting timeline, and customizable invitations. It is made for gathering people around your table, not for weeknight meal planning.

Is Kitchen Passport a subscription?

No. Kitchen Passport is not a subscription and it does not auto-renew. You buy it once. A single country is $25, and the full twelve-country program is $149 for the year. Because it is a one-time purchase, there is no recurring charge to remember or cancel.

How does Kitchen Passport work?

You can buy one country for $25 or the full twelve-country program for $149, which unlocks one new country on the first of each month. If you join the full program partway through the year, you immediately receive every country released so far. Once a country is unlocked in your account, it stays yours.

Which Kitchen Passport countries can I buy on their own?

Three countries, Italy, France, and Mexico, are always available to buy individually for $25 each. The other countries release one per month and can be bought on their own only during their release month. After that month ends, a country remains available inside the full twelve-country program.

Do I keep my Kitchen Passport countries forever?

Yes. Every country you unlock is yours permanently, even if you do not renew the next year. A country is never taken away from you. After its release month it simply stops being sold on its own, but anything already in your account stays there for good.
