The All Access Pass

Updated July 2026

One of you is doing paleo this month. One of you gave up meat on weeknights. The nine-year-old will eat exactly four foods, and two of them are beige. You are the one standing between all of that and dinner.

The All Access Pass opens all six Core weekly meal plans in one subscription, Classic, Paleo, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Vegetarian, and For One, so you can pull Tuesday’s dinner from one plan and Thursday’s from another and never run a second subscription to do it.

Every plan is created by founder Melissa Lanz, author of The Fresh 20 cookbook (HarperCollins), and a team of chefs and nutritionists, a system we have run since 2010.

What is the All Access Pass?

The All Access Pass is one annual subscription that opens all six Core weekly meal plans at once, Classic, Paleo, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Vegetarian, and For One, so you can cook from any of them in any week and switch whenever your household needs to. It is $135 a year, the same price for everyone, and it renews at that rate for as long as you stay subscribed.

You get a new plan every Friday across all six styles, the full recipe archive of more than 7,800 recipes, part of the 10,000-plus we have created since 2010, and every shopping list, prep guide, and recipe PDF that comes with them. It is built for the home where one person eats paleo, another eats vegetarian, and the kids eat neither, and for the cook who likes to move between styles from one week to the next. The Mediterranean plan is separate and is not included.

What is included in the All Access Pass?

Everything below arrives in the one annual subscription, with a new plan delivered every Friday across all six styles.

  • All six Core weekly meal plans, ready to cook from in any week. Classic, Paleo, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Vegetarian, and For One
  • The freedom to switch plans anytime, with no separate subscriptions to juggle and nothing to cancel and re-buy when your week changes
  • A new weekly plan every Friday for each of the six styles, each built on 20 fresh ingredients, five dinners, and one shopping list
  • Full archive access across all six plans, more than 7,800 recipes, part of the 10,000-plus created since 2010
  • The 16-Pack Cooking Guide with 320 recipes, a set of 20 subscriber favorites, and the Lunch Book
  • Every shopping list, Sunday prep guide, and recipe PDF, plus the seasonal cooking playlists on Spotify and Apple Music

The rate you start at is the rate you keep, because renewals never increase. There is no funnel rate and no lower price to hunt for, and here is how the whole system works.

What does a week across the plans look like?

A week on the All Access Pass can pull from all six plans at once, so one household with different eaters still sits down to one dinner a night. You cook paleo on Tuesday, vegetarian on Wednesday, and Classic on the weekend, all from the same subscription and the same weekly rhythm of 20 ingredients, five dinners, and one list.

Each plan is written for a family of four and scales up or down for your table, and every one lands on a weeknight in about 20 to 30 minutes. The styles change, the system never does, so switching plans never means learning a new way to cook.

One week, pulled from all six plans. Every plan refreshes each Friday.

One shopping list per plan, already built

Example of a Fresh 20 weekly shopping list, organized by store section with cost estimates and pantry staples

Whichever plan you cook from, the week comes with a shopping list that is already built and sorted the way a store is laid out, with cost estimates and pantry staples marked. You get in and out in one trip, and you are not buying eighty things you will never finish.

Because each plan’s 20 ingredients cross-use across all five dinners, the list stays short and almost nothing goes to waste, on every plan in the pass.

Who is the All Access Pass for?

The All Access Pass is for the household that does not eat in a single lane. One partner is doing paleo, the other is vegetarian this month, one kid will only touch gluten-free, and you are the one holding all of it together at 5pm. Instead of running one plan and cooking around everyone else, you can pull Tuesday’s dinner from Paleo, Thursday’s from Vegetarian, and the weekend from Classic, all from the same subscription. One table, one dinner, cooked once, and nobody gets a special plate made just for them.

It also fits the cook who likes range. Some weeks you want the comfort of Classic, some weeks you want to eat mostly plants, and the pass lets you follow that without starting a new subscription every time your appetite moves. If you cook for one, the For One plan is in there too, scaled so nothing goes to waste.

Stop cooking around everyone.

What members say

“This plan worked for me. It took decision making out of my hands and gave it to the professionals.”

“Even my meat-and-potatoes husband loved the zucchini bolognese!”

Stacey Martin Ploneis
The Fresh 20 member

“When making food that isn’t the weekly meals, I’m able to throw things together recalling something similar from one of the prior weeks. That’s a testament to the variety of recipes and cooking styles from the Fresh 20.”

Common questions about the All Access Pass

More questions about how The Fresh 20 works are answered on the FAQ page.

How much does the All Access Pass cost?

The All Access Pass is $135 a year, and that rate is the same for everyone. There is no lower funnel price and no sale version, and the price you start at is the price you keep, because renewals never increase.

Can I switch between plans whenever I want?

Yes. The whole point of the All Access Pass is that all six Core plans are open at once, so you can cook from Classic one week and Vegetarian the next without starting a new subscription or canceling anything. A fresh plan for each of the six styles lands every Friday.

Does the All Access Pass include the Mediterranean plan?

No. The Mediterranean plan is not part of the All Access Pass. The All Access Pass covers the six Core weekly plans, which share a common system, while the Mediterranean plan was built entirely differently and is sold separately. If you want both, choose the All Access Pass Plus or Lifetime Access, which both include Mediterranean.

How is the All Access Pass different from the All Access Pass Plus?

The difference is the Mediterranean plan. The All Access Pass gives you the six Core plans, and the All Access Pass Plus adds the Mediterranean plan on top of those six in one annual subscription. If Mediterranean is the reason you are here, the Plus is the one you want.

How is the All Access Pass different from Lifetime Access?

The All Access Pass is an annual subscription for the six Core plans, and Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase that gives you all seven plans for good. Lifetime adds the Mediterranean plan, the full recipe archive, the complete cooking-guide collection, and the e-book library, with nothing to renew. Kitchen Passport is not included in either one.

Will my price go up when I renew?

No. The $135 rate you start at is your permanent renewal price, and it never increases. This is the price-lock guarantee, and it holds for as long as you stay subscribed.

Can I try a plan before I subscribe?

Yes. You can cook a full week free, with no credit card, before you decide. A free week gives you five dinner recipes, the shopping list, and the prep guide, so you can see how the rhythm works in your own kitchen first.

Try a free week before you decide

If you would rather try the system before you subscribe, cook one week free, five dinners, one list, and no card. The Fresh 20 has been making weeknight dinners simple for real families since 2010. This is the week you stop cooking around everyone.
