Reading every label, vetting every recipe, making sure the one dinner works for the whole table. Cooking gluten-free means the planning never stops, unless someone else does it for you.
The Gluten-Free plan does exactly that, five family dinners a week built around 20 fresh ingredients and one shopping list, every recipe designed to be free of gluten-containing ingredients.
Dinner decided for as little as $1.67 a week.
What is the gluten-free meal plan?
The Gluten-Free plan is a weekly meal plan that gives your family five complete dinners built around 20 fresh, seasonal ingredients, with every recipe designed to be free of gluten-containing ingredients. It runs on the same nutritionist-approved system as every other Core plan from The Fresh 20. Twenty ingredients, five dinners, one shopping list, delivered as a PDF every Friday.
The 20 ingredients cross-use across all five dinners, so nothing is wasted and you shop once. You get a Sunday prep guide that brings most weeknights down to 20 to 30 minutes, access to the members site with more than 1,300 gluten-free recipes, and seasonal cooking playlists on Spotify and Apple Music. It is built for households that cook gluten-free and want the nightly what’s-for-dinner decision handled for them. You can try the system free with one Gluten-Free week, no credit card required, and The Fresh 20 has been planning real family dinners since 2010.
What is included every week?
Every week the Gluten-Free plan gives you five dinner recipes, one organized shopping list, and a prep guide, all built around 20 fresh ingredients with no gluten-containing ingredients in any recipe. Here is what arrives every Friday.
- Five chef-developed, nutritionist-approved gluten-free dinner recipes for the week
- One shopping list organized for a single grocery trip, sorted the way a store is laid out
- 20 fresh, seasonal ingredients cross-used across all five dinners, so nothing is wasted
- A Sunday prep guide that brings weeknight cooking to 20 to 30 minutes
- Access to the members site with the full Gluten-Free archive, more than 1,300 recipes, part of the 10,000-plus recipes The Fresh 20 has created since 2010
- Seasonal cooking playlists on Spotify and Apple Music, curated by Trent Lanz and reviewed by Melissa
How does the weekly gluten-free system work?
The system removes the dinner decision before it ever reaches you. On Friday you get the week’s five gluten-free dinners, the shopping list, and the prep guide. You shop once, do a short Sunday prep if you want the fastest weeknights, and cook straight from the plan.
Because the same 20 ingredients carry across all five dinners, an ingredient you prep once shows up in more than one meal, and nothing sits wilting in the crisper. It is the same structure behind every Core plan, and you can see the full walk-through on the how it works page.
What does a week of gluten-free dinners look like?
A week of gluten-free dinners is five different meals built from one 20-ingredient list, every recipe free of gluten-containing ingredients. The plan leans on naturally gluten-free whole foods, fresh produce, proteins, and pantry staples, so the meals feel like normal family dinners rather than substitutes, and the ingredients cross-use so what you prep early in the week returns later in a different dish.
Because every real menu is written fresh and seasonal, the best way to see an actual week is to cook one. A free Gluten-Free week uses the same 20-ingredient, five-dinner structure, so it shows you exactly how the rhythm feels. Every plan is written for a family of four and scales up or down for your table.
Your shopping list, already built
Every week comes with a shopping list that is already built and sorted the way a store is laid out, with cost estimates and pantry staples marked. You get in and out in one trip, and you are not buying eighty things you will never finish.
Because the 20 ingredients cross-use across all five dinners, the list stays short and almost nothing goes to waste.
Who is the gluten-free plan for?
The Gluten-Free plan is for the household that already cooks gluten-free and is tired of building the week from scratch every time. That is often the parent who carries the family’s food planning alone, who has tried the apps and the Pinterest boards and the meal kits, and who wants one trusted plan instead of more options to weigh.
If someone in your home eats gluten-free and you are the one deciding what everyone eats, this plan hands you the week already made, for a family of four and scalable to your table.
Dinner, already decided. Starting this Friday.
What does the Gluten-Free plan cost, and what do you get?
The Gluten-Free plan comes at a few price points, and the difference between them is how much you unlock. Every one gives you the weekly system, five dinners, one shopping list, and the Sunday prep guide, at about $4 to $5 a serving for a home-cooked dinner. The annual plan adds the full recipe archive, which is why most families land there. Members tell us they save $125 or more a month once the week is planned and nothing goes to waste, and the price you start at is the price you keep, because renewals never go up.

Gluten-free plan questions, answered
More questions about how The Fresh 20 works are answered on the FAQ page.
Is the gluten-free plan safe for celiac disease?
The Gluten-Free plan is designed to be free of gluten-containing ingredients in every recipe, every week. We do not operate a certified gluten-free facility, so anyone with celiac disease should review each week’s ingredients themselves and check with their doctor or a registered dietitian before starting.
How long do the gluten-free recipes take to cook?
Most gluten-free weeknight dinners take about 20 to 30 minutes. The plan leans on naturally gluten-free whole foods rather than specialty substitutes, so cooking stays quick, and with the weekend prep done ahead most nights land closer to 20 minutes. Cook fully fresh each evening and it is nearer 30.
Do I need special equipment or hard-to-find ingredients?
No. The Gluten-Free plan is built around everyday grocery-store ingredients and standard kitchen equipment. The recipes rely on fresh, seasonal staples you can find at any normal market, with no specialty gear required.
Can I try the gluten-free plan free?
Yes. You can try a full Gluten-Free week free, with no credit card required. It runs on the same 20-ingredient, five-dinner system as the paid plan, so it is the best way to feel how the weekly rhythm works before you subscribe.
What does the gluten-free plan cost?
The Gluten-Free plan is $19 a month, $35 a quarter, or $87 a year, and the current rate for each is shown at checkout. On the annual plan that is about $4 to $5 a serving, and the annual tier is the only one with the full recipe archive. You can try the system first with a free Gluten-Free week, no credit card required.
Will my price go up when I renew?
No. The price you pay when you sign up is your permanent renewal price, and it never increases. We call this the price-lock guarantee. Whatever rate you start at is the rate you keep, for as long as you stay subscribed.
How does the gluten-free plan compare to the other Core plans?
The Gluten-Free plan shares the same 20-ingredient, five-dinner structure as every other Core plan, built on a gluten-free framework. Each Core plan is priced the same and delivered the same way, so the only real choice is which framework fits your household. The meal plans hub shows all six together.
