That’s where you come in. Shake up one of these luxurious Spring cocktails for the special mom in your life to sip and enjoy! They pair perfectly with some of my favorite brunch dishes like this sausage asparagus egg bake, salmon avocado toasts and cauliflower hashbrowns.

If she likes gin: Try the French 75. This effervescent citrus, champagne and gin cocktail will make her day! The gin and champagne make the perfect bubbly duo.
If she likes bourbon: This tangy cocktail is punchy and fun. It’s a simple variation of the classic whiskey sour that she’s sure to love.
If she likes coffee: She’ll adore this creamy, boozy take on her morning coffee, with a vibrant splash of OJ.

Refreshing, effervescent citrus, champagne and gin cocktail perfect for any brunch celebration.
- 1 ounce gin
- ½ ounce campari
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- Shake all ingredients except champagne in a shaker with ice.
- Strain into a champagne glass.
- Fill the rest of the glass with champagne.
- Top with orange twist.
This recipe makes enough base for 2 cocktails to be topped with champagne. Cheers!
Tangy raspberry bourbon cocktail
- 1 pint raspberries
- 1 lemon twist
- 8 ounces bourbon
- 2 ounces lemon juice
- 3 ounces simple syrup
- 1 slice of ginger
- 1 cup if ice
- Muddle raspberries in a large shaker
- Add ice
- Add bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup and ginger
- Shake vigorously and strain into a glass
- Garnish with lemon twist
Creamy, coffee cocktail for brunch
- 1–1/2 cups strong brewed coffee (cold)
- ½ cup Bailey’s Irish Crème
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
- 2 orange twists
- Add all ingredients except orange twist to a large shaker
- Shake vigoursly
- Pour over ice into a cocktail glass
- Add orange twist
