- 2 cups oatmeal
- 2–1/2 cups water, milk or almond milk
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
- In a 2-quart saucepan, bring water or milk to a boil
- Stir in oats and salt
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 minutes.
