Tangy, festive vitamin C and antioxidant-rich smoothie packed with Autumn and Winter fruits.



  • 1 1/4 cups unsweetened pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
  • 2 medium oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1/4 medium avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom, plus more to taste
  • 2 cups (280g) frozen pitted sweet cherries


  1. Throw all of the ingredients into your blender and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
