- 4 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
- 1 cup red bell pepper
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/3 cup (17g) firmly packed basil leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon natural salt
- Pepper flakes (optional)
- Lemon juice to taste
- Throw everything into your blender, and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth.
