Tangy, antioxidant-rich, homemade cranberry-apple juice, minus the extra sugar
- 1 cup unfiltered apple juice
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger, plus more to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest, plus more to taste
- 2 cups frozen cranberries
- Throw all of the ingredients into your blender and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
