Antioxidant rich, no sugar added green mango smoothie


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups coconut water or filtered water
  • ​2 cups baby bok choy or baby spinach
  • 1 medium-sized banana
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger, plus more to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Throw everything into your blender, and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
