  • 1 1/4 cups unfiltered apple juice
  • 1 cup peeled and chopped beet (grated or steamed if using a conventional blender)
  • 1/2 small avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled and seeded
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more to taste
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries

Instructions

  1. Throw all of the ingredients into your blender, and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
