Ingredients

  • 4 medium oranges
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 sliced frozen bananas
  • 68 cubes of ice

Instructions

  1.  Zest 1 orange
  2. Remove rinds from all oranges using a knife
  3. Add oranges, zest, oats, almond milk, extract, bananas and ice to blender and blend on high for 30-60 seconds.
