Sweet and creamy carrot cake smoothie packed with carrot flavor and sweetened with orange, peach and pineapple
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened oat milk
- 1 1/2 cups peeled and diced carrots
- 1/2 cup raw unsalted cashews
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon fresh minced ginger
- 1 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 2 tablespoons raw pecans
- 1/4 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- Throw all ingredients in blender and blast on high for 60 seconds until smooth and creamy
