Apparently, I had a mash-up which, I guess, is kind of like a cooking pot luck. We took guacamole from Absolutely Avocados and used it in a tostada from The Fresh 20 Cookbook. It’s not rocket science, but it sure was a good idea. Although, now I have a serious addiction to goat cheese in my guacamole. Thank you very kindly, Gaby Dalkin.
